COMMODORE benefited massively from wind surgery early last year and reappeared with a victory at Warwick on New Year's Eve. He didn't run again until Sandown in March when making all for an impressive victory and can defy a 13lb rise. Arthur's Gift has a fitness advantage though didn't run particularly well at Carlisle, where he won in February. He finished behind Looksnowtlikebrian and there doesn't appear any reason for a form reversal. I Just Know fell at Becher's in the Grand National having earned his place with an easy all-the-way victory over 3m6f at Catterick and he'll be better for a recent run over hurdles at Wetherby. Kayf Adventure usually jumps well so it was a surprise to see him fall in the race Classic Ben won at Sandown, where the winner defied a mistake at the second last and is only 3lb higher.
