In depth

Verdict

All six have a respectable chance but HIDALGO DE L'ISLE has landed both career successes here and has a good attitude to his work. He could progress further after just five hurdling starts and is preferred to Glorious Zoff. The latter came home strongly to score at Warwick last month and is a clear next best. His yard remains in great heart and he should build on that recent improved effort off what is still a very acceptable mark. Course and distance winner Feel The Pinch was a cosy scorer at Ffos Las and now reverts to hurdles after four chase starts. He should go well, as should Irish invader Lakefield Flyer, whose last three runs in his native land afford him every chance. Governor Green and Bombyx stir the pot further in a trappy contest.
