    In depth

    Verdict

Corrib Eclipse has not run over hurdles for a long time but has run on the level and may be worth chancing on his hurdling return in a race where the main dangers look to be Ally Shrimp and Heraldry. The last mentioned has run with credit in bumpers and it will be interesting to see what he does on his hurdling debut, especially as the yard's runners are normally well schooled. A market move for the once-raced Go For One would be of interest, while Geordie Peacock is hard to recommend on the balance of his form. Secret Ruby was well beaten on his debut and is probably best watched so a bigger threat is likely to come from Tom Tate's recent Kelso winner Ally Shrimp. Corrib Eclipse is different class to these though and is taken to make a winning return.
