Back Off Mate has only had four runs over fences, scoring at Wexford in October, but he comes here in fine form having won on the Flat at Sligo three weeks ago. Raise Hell produced easily his best effort over fences when narrowly beaten by Zane Grey at Tramore last weekend and has to be a big threat to all in that kind of form. It's a surprise to see Notimetoserve racing over this trip as he won over 2m6f at Tramore in April before a poor run over a longer trip at Kilbeggan. IMPERIAL JOEY won over the course and distance in April and though 10lb higher Andrew Ring's claim eases the burden and he's been running well enough over slightly further to suggest he can gain his second course success. John Monroe has won this for the past two years with Muzak but Monroe's Live doesn't have the form to follow suit.
