In depth

Verdict

We probably need to look no further than PENCREEK in this. Willie Mullins has a better than 50 per cent strike-rate with his bumper horses here and, out of a winning miler, his debutant shouldn’t lack for basic speed. Fellow newcomer Tuatha De Dannan cost €25,000 as a three-year-old but has more of a staying pedigree. Druim Samhraidh hasn’t been disgraced in a couple of runs at Cork and looks the pick of those with experience.
