In depth

Verdict

MAYSTAR made an impressive debut when making all in soft going at Lingfield last month. Archie Watson’s colt looks to have every chance of defying a penalty on that evidence and going in again. Blitzle escapes a penalty for an earlier success in a claimer though is penalised 4lb for a more recent handicap win at Wolverhampton. But she still has the beating of Nottingham runner-up Microscopic on these terms with Rapid Russo perhaps best of the remainder.
