Sasso, Qaasi and Onyergo look the three to concentrate on in this maiden and the vote is given to Qaasi. The selection was a fair third behind Topatoo last time out, still has plenty of scope for improvement and looks the value bet against some exposed rivals. Sasso rates the main danger on his latest second behind Signatory but he has had plenty of chances without taking one and for that reason he is opposed. Onyergo is another worthy of respect on his latest third behind Boprori but he has given the impression he would be suited by a longer trip. Of the remainder Pallas Royale has shown a modicum of ability in two runs to date and could go well at a price but she may be seen to better effect in handicaps over a longer trip and for the winner we return to the less exposed Qaasi.
