Verdict

Glasses Up is raised in class under a penalty having won on fast ground over track and trip last week. Al Rasmah ran well when second at Ascot last time and attempts this longer distance for the first time but Ed Dunlop sends MASTER THE STARS up from Newmarket. The latter won at Newcastle on his handicap debut with seemingly plenty to spare and a 4lb rise may not be enough to anchor him in this. Ironclad will be sharper for a recent comeback and Medal Winner returns to his winning distance while Dark Lochnagar has the past form if back to his best but Humbert has done all his winning so far over shorter trips on the all-weather.
