        Verdict

        Biplane went close over a longer trip at Newcastle with Audit well behind and the latter has subsequently placed over today’s distance at Carlisle. Monhammer has come up short in maiden handicaps recently but THUNDERHILL was beaten a length at Redcar on his handicap debut and Philip Makin’s charge looks up to winning off his current mark on that evidence.
