Verdict

Ghostly Arc finally got off the mark after 10 attempts when winning a maiden at Musselburgh. But he makes less appeal under a penalty back in handicap company. Norville is back on a winning mark but steps up in trip having run well at Dundalk earlier in the year but HYDRANT gets a token vote in a poor handicap. Richard Guest’s charge won on this card last year off a 10lb higher mark and showed a bit more at last month’s meeting here. Intensified and Indian Giver may prove best of the rest.
