Verdict

Skipping On appears to have found some improvement at the age of 12, recording a sixth career success at Warwick at the end of last month. Ardera Cross is unquestionably well treated nowadays but just isn’t firing at present. Caboy won in testing ground in France while Manetti should strip fitter for a pipe-opener over hurdles, though is only 1-8 around here. Ard Chros was only fourth at Newcastle after scoring at Carlisle but that was over a longer distance. DARIUS DES SOURCES would have won more easily here seven weeks ago had he not made several errors. He still has time on his side and has only been raised 4lb so is fancied to follow up with a better round of jumping.
