Tim Easterby has three entered and Hyperfocus has been very consistent this year but is drawn near the stands rail, which may be problematic. Bernardo O'Reilly was staying on behind Snash and ABERAMA GOLD here in July but Keith Dalgleish’s charge comes out best of that trio at the weights today and is well treated on his best form overall. His yard’s Edward Cornelius is another drawn high but Snash has been allotted stall eight, though third Aplomb got no sort of run when the pair clashed at Thirsk in June. Like Full Authority, the latter looks to have been laid out for this. Emperor Spirit didn’t look an easy ride when second at Haydock and was behind Good Earth and Mark's Choice in the Great St Wilfrid at Ripon when Fortamour was also unplaced. Lovely Breeze will handle any give in the ground but Vintage Clarets’ win at Windsor came over 5f.
