Topweight Mr Woodentop was a progressive performer last season and looks to be in a different league to his rivals here. Len Lungo's son of Roselier is bred to come into his own once switched to fences but showed enough last season to suggest that there are more races to be won over hurdles with him first, especially while he is allowed to race off a mark as low as his current one of 125. The form of his latest success, when beating Whitenzo and Stormez, over course and distance in April reads well in the context of this race and off just a 5lb higher mark he gets the TEAMtalk vote. If the forecast favourite is not fully wound up, and there is no reason to believe he will not be, Roger Fisher's Lazy But Lively seems best placed to take advantage. Not disgraced when a length second to A Few Bob Back on his reappearance at Kelso, he has to be respected. Caesar's Palace disappointed on his latest start and is probably best left out of calculations, as is Johnston's Art, for whom similar comments can be made. Ballynattin Blue and Vilprano make limited appeal.
