Verdict
Only MISTER BELVEDERE of these has encountered soft ground before. He was only beaten half-a-length over 7f here in a maiden and then won easily at Carlisle when not seeing another rival. This is a tougher test but he's improving and gets 3lb from the other previous winners in the race. However, Double Touch finished strongly when successful over 7f at Chester so should relish the extra yardage and Hushood won over this trip at Chepstow and has scope for further improvement. Souter and Upgrade are others to have only raced twice and both were second last time but The Mcgregornator looks fully exposed. Armandihan could have been found an easier race in which to make his debut so is worth a market check.
