Verdict

The majority can have a decent case argued for their chance but FIRST GREYED had dropped to a nice mark when scoring at Beverley and is now just 3lb higher for that win. He did well to score after finding himself in an unpromising racing position for most of the contest and the win can be marked up. He's A Gentleman ran into an in-form Tele Red last time but had the rest beaten off well enough and can be expected to get involved if building on the run and with Jamin claiming his useful 3lb. Slippin Jimmy continues to post a solid account and is expected to be in the mix once again on the back of a half-length second at Haydock last time over this trip. Classy Al is not too easy to catch right and the more reliable Concert Boy and Cuban Rock appeal more as shortlist material.
