      In depth

      Verdict

      Those with a run have shown a nice level of ability and all will depend on their levels of improvement here. Curious Rover looked pretty straight on debut when showing good speed and should appreciate the move to 6f. He's shortlisted, whilst Rich Harry came home promisingly on his Newcastle debut and Vintage Love did likewise when only beaten a length and a half at the same track. Showhound looked all at sea on his Catterick debut and whilst the form of that contest doesn't appear overly strong, he should benefit considerably from both the experience and this extra furlong. However, the choice is WAR MEMORIAL, who also ran green on his Thirsk debut before coming home sweetly. He looks a highly likely improver and is another expected to enjoy a seventh furlong.
