OVERTURN gets the nod here ahead of Paddington Bob and Warrior One, whilst a bold show from Mansonn Leda wouldn't be the biggest shock in the world. The selection comes here on the back of two solid placed efforts at Doncaster, and he looks like he can win off this new mark, especially as he was a winner off 88 on the flat. What may be more of a problem is his tendency to pull hard during his racing, however this could be an easier task than he has contested of late and he can scrape home. Mansonn Leda has not shown much of late but this better ground should suit and with Graham Lee back on-board she can show up better, as might Paddington Bob who has had three quiet runs and now tackles handicaps of a mark of 81. Warrior One, like the selection, is a decent recruit from the flat game and he has shown enough in three runs over hurdles to suggest he can take a race of this nature, whilst New Tricks and Night Knight both have fair runs behind Orsippus to their name. Hernando Cortes disappointed when last seen at Catterick but has been given a break since and is not ruled out just yet. An open handicap for novices, but we are happy to return to Overturn as the winner.
