There are limited options over fences open to Just In debt as he prepares for Aintree next month, so he will be going hell-for-leather for timely confidence booster today. Thoutmosis and the selection's stablemate Broken Knights can give our hope the most to think about. The latter is unexposed and obviously has bags of scope for the future. He was unlucky to come down when still in contention during his latest start and his connections will gain more of an idea as to where to go with him from here. It is tempting to side with the jockey booking of Tony Dobbin, but as he has a little to prove after only one completed start since April 2003, he could be vulnerable today. Thoutmosis has done well of late and should be thereabouts if he stays the trip. There are reasons to think this will be his absolute maximum though and he is not one to go overboard about at cramped odds. Therefore, we prefer the claims held by Just In Debt, who holds solid claims in this company even though on first glance this appears to be a workout to keep him on the boil for the Grand National. However, he does have a few bills to pay himself and, off a fair mark, he can boost the coffers before taking the road to Liverpool if all goes well today.
