In this sprint handicap, we will side with Yorkshire Blue ahead of Disguise and Newsround. Much as the in-form Yorkshire Blue is now six pounds above a previous best winning mark, he was beaten by a much-improved performer in Blue Tomato last time and remains competitive from his current rating at this type of level. Disguise was not beaten far at Haydock on Friday night and will be surprising if he is not able at some point to win from his current mark. Pride Of Kinloch is also respected as she now races from just a pound above a winning mark, is a course winner, and she ran well here over seven furlongs last time out. However, she is closely weighted with Newsround based on that run and the latter is slightly favoured of the pair because he is arguably better suited to today's trip. A number of the others are, of course, capable of winning in their turn but, for today, we will side with Yorkshire Blue.
