This is a tricky claimer to unravel with the tentative vote going to MUTAMARED while both Turnkey and Stellite are more than good enough on their day and should not be ignored. The selection won five consecutive races during the winter and has now dropped in to claiming grade. This looks like an easier opportunity and as a result he should not be far away come the business end of the race. Turnkey is more than capable of winning races and was back to his best at Ripon in June. He was not beaten far at Catterick finishing third of 10 last time out and is good enough to enter the frame. Stellite caught the eye after finishing second in this grade at Ayr last time out and is another to add to the shortlist. Mutamared is more than capable on his day and gets the narrow vote.
