Verdict

Hello Girl won a classified race on the Turf at Lingfield last week and faces tougher opposition today. Perfect Swiss can be forgiven a poor effort in soft ground last time and had been threatening before that while Havana Go wasn’t beaten far in an amateurs' race at Hamilton recently. Popping Corks has yet to win in 14 starts on Turf but Ruth Carr bids to win this for the fifth time in succession and relies on last year’s winner VALLARTA, who is 8lb lower this time round and gets the vote to go in again.
