Verdict

Kerry Lads confirmed the promise of recent efforts when an easy winner over course and distance late last month but has been dealt no favours by the handicapper following a 10lb hike up the weights. Last month's Hereford winner Double Bogey Blues is another to have suffered at the hands of the assessor and there remains a question mark over his ability to handle these conditions. Mickthecutaway was progressive over fences last season but has been lightly campaigned since and showed nothing ion his sole start this term so preference is for Behavingbadly. The son of Lord Americo has shown a consistent level of form with two recent placed efforts over C&D and, with conditions to suit, should give another good account off a fair mark.
