Verdict

Connections of Jkr Cobbler will be hoping that Turbo Command boosts the form of his latest course and distance victory in the previous race. Iain Jardine’s gelding has been raised a further 4lb but must have a decent chance of completing the hat-trick. VORTIGAN (NAP) wasn’t beaten far in a novice event over track and trip last September and ran his best race since when only beaten a length in a Class 5 handicap at Haydock latest. If the blinkers work a second time, Michael Dods’ thee-year-old could open his account today. Bernie The Bear has placed in half of his 10 career starts but is not really improving.
