Verdict

Scimon Templar is penalised 7lb for a recent victory over track and trip but a conditional's claim negates most of that. He should be in the mix once again and confirm running with Higgs Bosun but HONOURABLE GENT makes more appeal. The latter separated a couple of subsequent winners when beaten less than a length at Wetherby last time and Rose Dobbin's charge looks up to landing this off his current mark. Alizee De Janeiro ran well at Musselburgh on her penultimate start but El Fontan and Missionaire arrive out of form.
