Acroleina had been running well before scoring over 5f three weeks ago where several of these were behind. She hasn't had much racing and can improve again as, though a 10lb rise looks harsh, Robbie Downey's claim should enable her to get a place on the podium. Catwilldo came out best of the beaten horses who take her on again but she's proved best over the minimum trip. Shinyhappyjohn started favourite that night but had every chance and is still a maiden after 16 starts. He was also behind Rigid Rock earlier, as was Acroleina, but the former has run poorly in two subsequent starts. Tsar Paul generally races over an extra furlong but the last time he raced over this trip he scored here under Ana O'Brien. He can go well but the vote goes to SHUSHU SUGARTOWN, who hasn't set the world alight since arriving from the UK but has Pat Smullen on board and can finally get off the mark.
