Richard Hannon has enjoyed a highly successful season particularly with his juveniles and the affable handler appears to hold a strong hand here with High Accolade and To The Rescue. The latter takes a step up in class after landing a Salisbury maiden last time and looks the second string behind High Accolade who was far from disgraced in the Group 3 Solario last time and looks sure to go well at this level. However, TEAMtalk preference is for Itemise who confirmed earlier promise when easily accounting for a his rivals in a Goodwood maiden in the style of a smart performer. Mark Johnston's colt looks capable of plenty of improvement and can make a winning handicap debut off a potentially lenient mark. Recent winners Juste Pour L'Amour and Oh So Rosie are others open to further progress while Countykat has been improved by the fitting of a visor and can't be left out of calculations.
