Nahoodh is given the vote ahead of Joffe's Run and La Columbina. Mick Channon's charge was very much put in at the deep end in the Cherry Hinton and while that was a particularly tough baptism of fire, this looks easier and having shaped with promise, she is difficult to get away from. La Columbina is the pick of a five-day block entry from the Richard Hannon stable. The chestnut is bred to get further in time and has the services of Ryan Moore this afternoon. Joffe's Run looks an interesting runner on pedigree. Brian Meehan's juveniles are in better nick at present so the market is watched in anticipation. Double On Red is a close relation to the useful Orcadian so should have plenty of early boot. Mullein has an entry in the Watership Stud Stakes and hails from an in-form outfit. Naomh Geileis is sure to be well forward in her work while Patio needs to step up on her Leicester effort. Amylee ran a solid debut and can be expected to progress for the extra furlong. Plenty of future winners on view in this affair and Nahoodh looks most likely on paper.
