    Verdict

Windy Britain is the only older horse in the line up and Luca Cumani's mare may struggle to concede weight to some unexposed three-year-olds with the vote going to Hasaiyda ahead of Tartouche. The selection beat the 65-rated Resplendent King by two-and-a-half lengths on her Lingfield debut in May and would not appear to be too badly treated on a mark of 75 for her first venture into a handicap. The booking of Lisa Jones for Sir Michael Stoute's filly takes the eye and she makes more appeal than the other unbeaten filly Tartouche. The Lady Herries-trained filly did little wrong when scoring on her debut at Kempton but the handicapper seems to have taken no chances in allotting her a mark of 87. Chester maiden winner Golden Island has more to do in this company, while both Spring Goddess and Pink Sapphire seem plenty high enough in the weights at present. The vote then goes to Hasaiyda, who is taken to follow up her Lingfield success.
