Verdict
Berkshire Boy is upped in class off a 5lb higher mark having won at Chepstow last time while Bengal Lancer was a well beaten second at Doncaster having suffered a 14lb hike in the weights for recording an earlier double at Salisbury. Something was amiss with Tribute Act at Goodwood when attempting to complete a hat-trick but Graphite Storm won nicely at Leicester last month and should go well again despite a 5lb rise. MUKALAL faced a tough task in a valuable Class 2 handicap at Goodwood last time and could only manage fourth. But he’s worth another chance back in this grade and gets the nod.
