      Verdict

The Group 2 winner King's Lynn has been off the track since June and MANACCAN is preferred. The latter scored over track and trip before landing a Listed sprint at Doncaster and looked an unlucky loser at Newbury last time when failing to get a clear run. Last year’s winner Tis Marvellous finished behind the selection at Newbury having won the Beverley Bullet before that with Ainsdale and Korker behind while Ebro River won at this level at Chester during the summer. Designer landed a fillies' handicap at York in good style but Acklam Express was a beaten favourite at Beverley recently and has become disappointing.
