        Verdict

        Pelerin's victory in this last year was a first in 10 for older fillies. Goodwood third Namhroodah could be the one to give the three-year-olds most to think about this time, though Colour Blue was impressive in a Leopardstown handicap three weeks ago. Mise En Rose was just caught by Spangled in this grade at Doncaster last month and beat Eternally on much worse terms at Newmarket in the summer. She shouldn't be far away again but we might take a chance on Eternally's unexposed stablemate DAZZLING ROSE. She was still green in a maiden at HQ in July but pulled readily clear of a subsequent winner who was, in turn, six lengths ahead of the rest – it's likely there is much more to come. Robanne wasn't beaten far at Deauville in June and was placed in Group 3 races last year so is respected and Make Fast could benefit from the drop back from a mile.
