In depth

Verdict

A nice looking field with Lindbergh Law, Master Marmalade and Silverio being nice prospects with the vote going to the last named. Silverio ran a fine race on his debut when finishing second at Fontwell. He looked a little green on that occasion and looks as though he will improve for the run and is taken to score. Lindbergh Law and Master Marmalade come here on the back of wins and for that carry penalties. Whether or not they are good enough to give weight remains to be seen so ant market moves will be worth noting. The same is said about newcomers Zumrah who is ridden by McCoy and Livingonaknifedge who come from stables who do well in these races and are in form so are worth noting. But for the winner we return to Silverio.
