Adrien Regattin scored a 90th-minute equaliser as Toulouse came from two down to snatch a 2-2 draw with Valenciennes.

Adrien Regattin scored a 90th-minute equaliser as Toulouse came from two goals down to snatch a 2-2 draw at home to Valenciennes on Saturday night. The visitors were in control at the break as goals inside the first 15 minutes from Foued Kadir and Carlos Sanchez had them 2-0 up. But Toulouse pulled one back 12 minutes into the second half through Wissam Ben Yedder and, with time almost up, Regattin rammed home a deserved leveller. The draw left Toulouse in seventh place and Valenciennes eighth. The hosts had the first chance in the opening minute as Franck Tabanou's first-time shot came back off a post. But, after such a positive opening, it all went wrong for Toulouse. Etienne Capoue lost the ball to Sanchez, who broke forward and found Kadir in the area, the Algerian shooting home from close range in the 12th minute. Sanchez himself made it two three minutes later and again the hosts only had themselves to blame. Goalkeeper Ali Ahamada made a mess of his free-kick from 30 yards and it ended up in the net. Toulouse managed to steady the ship and only a good save from Nicolas Penneteau prevented Ben Yedder pulling one back before the break. Toulouse came out firing for the second half and Penneteau stopped Capoue's instant shot. But the home side were back in it in the 57th minute as Capoue's corner was headed back across goal by Franck Tabanou for Ben Yedder to head into the top corner. Ben Yedder fired a shot narrowly past a post from a Moussa Sissoko flick as Toulouse pressed for an equaliser. And they got one in the final minute. Emmanuel Riviere released Regattin down the middle and the striker strode forward before smashing a powerful shot past Penneteau.
