Niall Quinn says Steve Bruce will come back despite Hull relegation
Monday 25 May 2015 00:52, UK
Patrick Davison is joined by Niall Quinn on the KC Stadium Tunnel Talk to reflect on Hull City's relegation from the top flight.
Quinn believes manager Steve Bruce has it in him to bounce back from the relegation and build for the Championship after the dust has settled, having bounced back once before with Birmingham after relegation in 2006.
Quinn told Davison on Sky Sports Tunnel Talk: "He's an exceptional character, he's honest to the bones in his body, he will hurt and hurt so much over the coming weeks now.
"It'll never leave him, but he's the type guy that is so resolute, he'll sit down with the owners here and work out a plan, work out what exactly it is they'll do to give them the best chance of bouncing back.
"I think once they get through that hard work that has to be done, they can think about pre-season again.
