Chris Ramsey insists his QPR side will come back fighting after their shattering last-minute defeat to Chelsea left them precariously in relegation trouble.
Rangers appeared to have battled themselves to a hard-fought point against the Premier League leaders until Cesc Fabregas struck two minutes from time.
And, while refusing to throw in towel on his side's chances of survival, Ramsey expressed his disappointment at their inability to hold on to the point.
"I'm very disappointed because I thought we could have got something out of the game," he told Sky Sports. "I said this from the first day, detail can kill you.
"And when you've got top players who can pass the ball as they do and arrive in good places and finish, you get done. The top players score.
"From our point of view, we're disappointed because we've let two or three goals in from exactly the same position over the last couple of weeks.
"Players haven’t been able to concentrate enough to make sure that doesn’t happen. We're still in with a fight, we've done well but the players are disappointed.
"I feel sorry for the crowd because they were fantastic all the way throughout and to not get a point was very disappointing."
Fabregas' late goal was the second late strike in as many games to go against Rangers, who threw two points away at Aston Villa on Tuesday.
Ramsey blamed a lack of concentration for the latest in a number of last-minute conceded goals, but also issued a rallying call to his players to make Loftus Road a fortress again ahead of the defining remaining games of the season.
"I was very pleased with the way the players applied themselves. The team stuck to the game plan well," he added. "The approach was to do what we do best.
"We understand they have players of high level but we showed we could compete with them, albeit for 87 minutes.
"We've got ourselves to blame for where we are because our concentration has been appalling. We've lost by the odd goal every game over the last month and that's not good enough.
"We let late goals in in most of our games and that means you end up being disappointed at the end.
"The players don't need lifting, they know what's required now they will lift themselves, we haven't been embarrassed or outplayed.
"We need to turn the place back into a fortress."
