QPR manager Chris Ramsey insists there is no doom and gloom at the club

QPR manager Chris Ramsey has insisted there is no 'doom and gloom' around the club, despite the threat of relegation.
The Loftus Road club currently sit second from bottom and will kick off their potentially crucial clash at fellow strugglers West Brom on Saturday some four points from safety.
But Ramsey said: "There's no doom and gloom here. We've tried to make sure everything is as upbeat as possible.
"Once you start to let the doom and gloom in, it does have an effect on the confidence.
"What we want is high energy performances in the next three games and to obviously make sure we take our chances which we didn't do against Everton.

"We need to battle to the end because we are letting late goals in. The belief is good, it's fantastic, you wouldn't believe where we are but tension mounts when you're in the situation we're in.
"The players couldn't have given much more in the games recently. Those little bits of quality in terms of defence and taking chances haven't been there and we're looking to change that this weekend."
