Ahead of their European Qualifier match against Israel, Wales' Joe Ledley dishes the dirt on his team-mates

Joe Ledley has racked up over 50 caps for Wales since making his international debut in 2005.

Having been around the squad for a decade he has got to know his Welsh team-mates well and so we had a chat with the Crystal Palace midfielder to find out more about Chris Coleman's squad.

Who is the joker in the dressing room? Who struggles to get moving on the dance floor? Read on to find out...

Gareth Bale... is pretty quick when he gets going and he is fantastic. Speed and a powerful player.

Best Trainer? Chris Gunter. Determined player, always gives 100% in training, works his socks off and his dedication to the game is fantastic.

Worst trainer? Danny Gabbidon, just relaxed. Chilled out, nothing phases him and he gets on with life.

Quickest? Gareth Bale I think. The guy is pretty quick when he gets going and he is fantastic. Speed and a powerful player.

Least intelligent? Adam Matthews I think. Sometimes I don’t even know what he’s saying even though I’ve been with him for years. Some of the stuff he comes out with I just don’t know what he is on about.

Hardman? I think that has got to be our captain, Ashley Williams. Always up for a little battle in training and in matches and leads by example.

Best dancer? I’d give that to me. To be fair, on the dance floor I’m not too bad, give a bit of a shake, gets the hips going. Not too bad.

Worst dancer? Wayne Hennessey, keeper. Stiff. He’s a bit too tall, can’t really get his body going. He’s too tall for dancing.

Biggest joker? James Collins. He’s great to have around the changing room, always getting on people’s backs, trying to get on to people.

Best taste in music? We just let the big dog Wayne Hennessey put his tunes on. No one really gets a chance to put theirs on to be fair.

Superstitions? I always put my right sock on before my left, same with my right boot, right trainer. I don’t know why.

And... who’s the longest in the shower? Wayne Hennessey. A very tall guy, very long. He’s in the shower for a long time.
