Thursday 1 January 2015 21:56, UK
Tottenham forward Erik Lamela is struggling with a calf injury.
The 22-year-old missed New Year’s Day’s epic 5-3 derby victory over Chelsea at White Hart Lane and is a doubt for Monday’s FA Cup third-round trip to Burnley.
Lamela, who has improved notably under new boss Mauricio Pochettino this season, congratulated his team-mates on a “brilliant game” on Twitter.

“Thank you to all for the support. Come on you Spurs.”
Lamela signed for Tottenham in a £30m deal from Roma in 2013 but struggled with injury in his first season, making just 17 appearances in all competitions.
But this term the Argentine has scored four goals in 28 appearances and scored his first senior international goal for his country against Germany in September.
