Paul Konchesky has won an appeal against his red card during Leicester's defeat at Aston Villa on Sunday.
The City left-back was sent off for violent conduct following a clash with Villa defender Alan Hutton towards the end of a 2-1 defeat at Villa Park.
Leicester manager Nigel Pearson questioned referee Craig Pawson's decision afterwards and said he was unsure whether the red card was given for Konchesky's initial challenge or a subsequent clash of heads.
Konchesky was facing a three-match suspension, but an Independent Regulatory Commission upheld his appeal on Tuesday and he will now be available for Saturday's visit of Manchester City.
Leicester go into that game bottom of the Premier League having taken just two points from their last 10 games.
