Crystal Palace manager Neil Warnock has praised his side’s ‘positive’ second-half performance in their 2-0 win over Leicester.

Goals from Fraizer Campbell and Mile Jedinak within the first ten minutes of the second half handed Palace their second successive league win – the first time they have won a Premier League home game in September.

Following Leicester’s impressive 5-3 win over Manchester United last weekend, Warnock was wary of Nigel Pearson’s side but believes his players ultimately deserved their win.

"We knew it would be difficult, especially after their win over Man United last week,” the Eagles boss told Sky Sports.

“All credit to us, I thought we were apprehensive in the first 15 minutes but we grew into the game. I thought in the second half we were really positive.
