Robert Snodgrass injury concern for Hull City boss Steve Bruce

Steve Bruce fears Hull City could be without summer signing Robert Snodgrass for an extended period after the winger limped out of the 1-0 win at QPR.
Snodgrass, who joined Hull from Norwich, endured a disappointing debut as he was replaced before half-time at Loftus Road with a knee injury.
"Snodgrass is a concern," Bruce said. "He's twisted his knee. He's in a brace and crutches at the moment - touch wood he's not too bad.
"We fear ligament damage and if it is, it'll obviously be a long time but hopefully it's not."
Bruce was disappointed with referee Craig Pawson's decision to award QPR a penalty late on and believes the rule regarding handball needs to be clarified.

"The referees have got to get together and realise they're making a mockery of it - it's supposed to be deliberate," Bruce said.
"(James) Chester has got his hand by his side, the ball is a yard away and probably travelling at 50 miles per hour - what's he supposed to do?
"We need to stop all this nonsense and have a bit of common sense."
The hosts could have rescued a point six minutes from time when Chester was adjudged to have handled Justin Hoilett's cross but Allan McGregor palmed Charlie Austin's spot-kick to safety.
"Some days it just doesn't go your way," QPR boss Harry Redknapp said.
"You get a penalty late on and I think if we'd scored the penalty we had time to win the game, the momentum was with us.
"Some days you get the breaks and some days you don't."
