Women's Super League leaders Chelsea face a home fifth-round tie against last season's losing finalists Everton or Durham FC if they beat London Lionesses in their fourth-round clash on Friday.
Burnley or Manchester United have been handed a home draw against either Leicester or Liverpool.
Arsenal or Gillingham face a home tie against Crystal Palace or London Bees and Reading or Tottenham will play Middlesbrough or Sheffield United.
A home tie against Derby or Huddersfield awaits the winners of Brighton's fourth-round clash with Bristol City, while Birmingham or Coventry will play Lewes or Southampton.
