Graeme Souness believes Tottenham have the most favourable final run of fixtures, as their opponents don't have as much to play for.
Leicester once again secured a 1-0 win, this time over Southampton on Super Sunday, to move seven points clear with six games to play.
The victory means the Foxes have to attain 12 more points to make sure of their maiden Premier League crown, but such a margin has been overturned before.
The Foxes still have to travel to relegation-threatened Sunderland, top four chasing Manchester United as well as hosting high-flying West Ham, and Souness pointed to those tough encounters when debating whether the Foxes were home and dry.
"Everything can happen in football," Souness said. "A year ago they were dead and buried in terms of relegation. You can say there are easy fixtures left, but this is the Premier League - nobody rolls over for the big guys.
"People look at a fixture and say 'that's an easy three points' - no you can't.
"The biggest factor is whether you are playing against teams who have something to play for. If you factor that in, Tottenham have the best run-in.
"Tottenham will believe they can win it. They will believe that Leicester will slip up. They just have to focus on their own job now, and see what happens.
"It is Leicester's to lose, and that brings added pressure."
