Fleetwood have signed defender Joe Davis on a permanent deal from Barclays Premier League high-fliers Leicester.
The 22-year-old has been on loan with the Cod Army for the past three months and has impressed in Sky Bet League One.
The former Port Vale centre-back, who has already made 14 appearances in all competitions for Fleetwood this season, has joined for an undisclosed fee.
"I'm delighted that it's all been done now and I can concentrate on my football. I'm looking forward to my time here and I just want to do well," Davis told the club's official website.
"I stated from the start that I'd be really interested in staying with the club, and I'm just over the moon to be here now."
