Manchester City goalkeeper Claudio Bravo limped out of Chile's goalless draw with Colombia on Thursday with a hip injury.

The Chile No 1 was replaced by Johnny Herrera in the 64th minute after two collisions either side of half-time, and is a doubt to face Uruguay on Tuesday.

He was initially hurt in a challenge with Colombia's Miguel Borja, before a second-half tackle with Santiago Arias ended his participation in the World Cup qualifier.

Speaking to Fox Sports after the game, the Man City 'keeper said: "At this time, it bothers me a lot. But we have to be smart and realise we have another match on Tuesday.

"We also trust our teammates - Johnny Herrera went in and did a good job."

Bravo's injury was followed by two further blows for Chile, who were already without Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez due to a muscle problem, as midfielders Arturo Vidal and Charles Aranguiz were also forced off late on.

Bravo has been Pep Guardiola's No 1 since joining Man City from Barcelona in August, with Willy Caballero next in line following Joe Hart's departure on loan to Torino.

City, who sit third in the Premier League table after 11 matches, travel to Crystal Palace next on Saturday November 19.
