Midfielder pens new deal with Montpellier
Montpellier have announced that key midfielder Jamel Saihi has penned a new deal that will keep him at the club until the summer of 2016.
The 25-year-old was already under contract until 2014, but has agreed to prolong that agreement by another two years.
Saihi has been an influential figure for Montpellier this season, making 22 appearances for the club.
His efforts have helped to put Montpellier in title contention, with just two points separating them from league leaders Paris St Germain.
He has also forced his way back onto the international scene with Tunisia and was part of their squad for the 2012 African Cup of Nations.
Montpellier are delighted to have tied him down for the foreseeable future, with a number of their top performers attracting admiring glances from afar.
