Sunderland scored two penalties to deny Liverpool victory at the Stadium of Light but nobody could question the effort levels of Adam Lallana.
The midfielder's marathon running stats have been a feature of Liverpool's season and the England international took that to new levels either side of new year.
After covering 12.88 kilometres in Liverpool's 1-0 win over Manchester City in the late kick-off at Anfield on New Year's Eve, he ran even further at Sunderland.
Lallana not only completed the 90 minutes in the 2-2 draw but he ran 13.22 kilometres in the process - once again far further than any other Premier League player on the day.
