Liverpool v Manchester United was the eighth game of the season, as it was last season, and yet again it was a 0-0 draw - the fourth draw in a row between these sides in all competitions. It's the first time in the history of the two clubs that they have drawn four matches in a row against each other.
United started the day with 19 points. In 2011 they also had 19 points from their first seven games and drew the eighth game at Liverpool. That was the season that finished with 'Aguero' and United missing out on the title on goal difference.
Antonio Valencia played in his 300th game for Manchester United in all competitions - becoming the first non-European to reach that landmark.
Jurgen Klopp has lost only one of eight managerial meetings with Jose Mourinho (W3 D4) - and that defeat actually in victory as Dortmund lost 2-0 in the Champions League semi-final second leg, but still went through 4-3 on aggregate.
Romelu Lukaku has now scored only once in his last eight games against Liverpool, but this time - unlike in his last two appearances at Anfield - he managed a shot on target.
Georginio Wijnaldum continued an unusual sequence of having played four times against Manchester United and having drawn all four.
Man Utd now have seven clean sheets from eight games in the Premier League and Stoke's Eric Choupo-Moting is still the only player to score against them.
How many times have the bottom club beaten the Premier League champions? Bill, Croyden
MARTIN SAYS: Crystal Palace's 2-1 win over Chelsea on Saturday means they have become the SIXTH club to start the day bottom of the table and beat the reigning Premier League champions.
Coventry City were the first to do so when running out 4-1 winners over Blackburn Rovers in 1995.
Wolverhampton Wanderers achieved the feat twice with 1-0 wins over Manchester United (2004) and Chelsea (2011) - and it was achieved again in 2011 by Blackburn, who beat United 3-2 on New Year's Eve.
Fast forward to December 2016 and Sunderland beat reigning champions Leicester City 2-1.
Which PL side has conceded the most 90+ minute winners? Is it Arsenal? Tim
MARTIN SAYS: Thanks to our friends at Opta, who stipulate that a 90th-minute winner is any goal scored after 89:01, I can reveal that two clubs hold the unwanted record for conceding the most 90th-minute winners in the Premier League - and neither of them are Arsenal.
Aston Villa surrendered a point at the death on 19 occasions during their time in the top-flight, while Tottenham have done the same.
Everton and Manchester City are next on the list, having conceded 90th-minute winners 15 times, while Fulham, who in 2012 inflicted Arsenal's previous 90th-minute winner before Watford on Saturday, have been on the receiving end of 14 late winners.
Arsenal have now conceded nine 90th-minute winners in Premier League history.

When it comes to naming the side that have scored the most 90th-minute winners, I'm sure Manchester United immediately jump to mind.
But you may be surprised to hear that Liverpool hold that record, having scored 29 last-minute winners in the Premier League era.
In fact, they have scored 11 more than United (18) who are sixth in the table behind Arsenal (24), Chelsea and Spurs (20) and Everton (19).

Joe Hart got an assist on Saturday. Which goalkeeper has the most assists ever in the PL? John, Harlow
MARTIN SAYS: Thanks to Opta, I can tell you that Joe Hart became the 51st goalkeeper to provide an assist in the Premier League when his long punt released Michail Antonio for West Ham's goal at Burnley on Saturday.
But he'll have to go a long way to match the seven goalkeepers who have registered three or more.
Leading the way is former England, Leeds, Tottenham, Blackburn and Burnley stopper Paul Robinson, who was awarded five assists in 375 Premier League appearances, and, if you remember, even got the scoresheet himself for Spurs against Watford in 2007.
David Seaman and Pepe Reina are next on the list with four assists, although the Spaniard managed to do so in 285 games, compared to Seaman's 344.
Mark Crossley, Jussi Jaaskelainen Peter Schmeichel and Tim Howard all had three assists - and the latter two goalkeepers also have Premier League goals to their name.
Man City have 29 goals in their first eight league games. Has anyone ever started a season better? Danny, Wilmslow
MARTIN SAYS: Only between 1888 and 1894 will you find any top-flight clubs bettering City's staggering start to the season in front of goal - and those were the first seven seasons of the Football League in England.
The record belongs to Sunderland, who scored 38 goals in their opening eight games of the 1892/93 season. They went on to win their second English title that year.
The next best is Preston North End, who netted 32 times en-route to their second straight title in 1889/90, having also scored 30 in the first eight games of the previous campaign - which was the first ever league season.
There are seven teams who've started a top-flight season with more goals in their opening eight games than Man City. They are:
