In Martin Tyler's final column of the season, he looks back at some of his favourite statistics from the campaign...
I finished the Premier League season with 20 goals in three matches, which must be some sort of record!
My final week of commentaries for the season saw Chelsea beat Watford 4-3, Tottenham beat Leicester 6-1 and then Chelsea won 5-1 at home to Sunderland!
I filmed the answer to the latest teaser at Stamford Bridge. The question asked which players scored their only goal of the season on the opening weekend, but can you name the seven who scored their only Premier League goal of the season on the final day (answer at the bottom of the page)?
Thank you for your questions and contributions throughout the season. I've collected some of our favourite stats from the weekly column here…
Tottenham are the eighth team to pick up more than 48 points at home in a 38-match Premier League season - and the other seven all won the title!
League Two champions Portsmouth and League One champions Sheffield United have now won all four divisions. The only other three sides to do that are Burnley, Preston and Wolves.
Craig Shakespeare won his first five home Premier League matches as a manager. Only three managers have won more; Manuel Pellegrini (9), Sven Goran Eriksson (7) and Carlo Ancelotti (7).
On Saturday April 29, there were no goals scored at home on a day with five Premier League games for the first time ever.
Sunderland spent 261 days inside the relegation zone, but that's not as bad as Sheffield Wednesday who spent 278 days in the drop zone in 1999/2000.
Sam Allardyce won a Premier League game at Anfield at his 14th attempt. However, Harry Redknapp has never won a Premier League game at Old Trafford in 15 visits.
Christian Benteke has now scored more Premier League goals at Anfield as an opposition player (5) than he ever did while playing for the club in the 2015/16 season.
There were three goals in the first 10 minutes of Everton v Leicester - but there were FOUR in Blackburn 7-2 Sheffield Wednesday (1997) and Aston Villa 2-2 Bolton (2005).
Against West Ham, Bournemouth's Josh King became the sixth player to fail from the penalty spot and still score a hat-trick in the same Premier League game.
King became the first Bournemouth player to reach 10 in a campaign. There are now only two clubs who have played in the Premier League without seeing a player reach 10 goals in a season - Cardiff and Hull.
Sunderland became the first side to win 4-0 away from home, then lose 4-0 at home in successive matches, after they beat Crystal Palace and then lost against Southampton.
Nobody has scored more goals at home in Premier League history without scoring on the road than Georginio Wijnaldum (17 goals for Newcastle and Liverpool).
Crystal Palace became just the third team in Premier League history to score four goals away from home, yet lose the game when they were beaten 5-4 by Swansea City.
Mesut Ozil and Nolito were on target on their birthdays earlier in the season, but Teddy Sheringham is the only Premier League player to score on TWO different birthdays (28th and 29th).
Paddy McNair scored at the wrong end on his debut in Sunderland's defeat against Manchester City, but he's not alone... 12 players have scored own goals on their club debuts in the Premier League.
Hull City gave away 13 penalties this season, the most of any side in a single Premier League campaign.
Thanks to their 4-0 away win at West Ham United in May, Liverpool won a Premier League match at a 52nd Premier League stadium - more than any other side.
There was a 15-point gap between seventh (Everton) and eighth (Southampton) which is the biggest ever gap between those two positions. The previous high was a 12-point gap between Liverpool and West Brom in 2012/13.
Tottenham became the first side in Premier League history to score 13 goals in two consecutive away matches (6 v Leicester and 7 v Hull). They need to score three in their first away game next season to break Manchester United's record of 15 across three matches in January 1999.
And finally, Aaron Ramsey, Hector Bellerin, Javi Manquillo, Ben Davies, Toby Alderweireld, Josh Harrop and Jordan Ayew all scored their only Premier League goal of the season on the final day.
And finally, finally, can you believe Jordan Ayew scored in the 72nd minute for Swansea against West Brom on Sunday - the very same minute as his brother Andre scored for West Ham at Burnley - don't you just love stats!
See you next season.
