Punters predict: 31% say Aston Villa 1-1 Stoke

I'm worried for Villa. They've lost their last three games, concede too many goals and confidence must be low.

Stoke, by contrast, may not have played particularly well against Bournemouth but have their first win and are unbeaten at Villa in five.

Stoke to win this one for me and Villa to take another blow to their increasingly fragile confidence.

Jeff predicts: Aston Villa 1-2 Stoke

Punters predict: 24% say Bournemouth 2-1 Watford

In a way I'm a bit surprised that so many are going for Watford as I thought the absence of Callum Wilson would have changed people's views.

They do have depth, though, which may not be the same as Wilson but they can score goals, with the experienced Glenn Murray looking likely to come in, while Yann Kermorgant has barely had a kick and scored 17 times last season.

I am going with Bournemouth as well, but 2-0 with Watford tending to be specialist in nils. It's almost the case that if you stop Odion Ighalo and Troy Deeney then you stop Watford.

Jeff predicts: Bournemouth 2-0 Watford

Punters predict: 31% say Manchester City 3-0 Newcastle

There was a huge improvement in Newcastle against Chelsea and Manchester City were desperately poor versus Tottenham. They were a bit better against Borussia Monchengladbach but we shouldn't get carried away with a late penalty win against a side which have lost five of their seven games in the Bundesliga.

City have got a great record against Newcastle, however, winning their last 11. Then there's Newcastle's away form, with no wins in 10, although we should remember they picked up a point across the city at Old Trafford.

Newcastle can make it more difficult than they might have a few weeks ago, but I've still got to go with a City win.

Jeff predicts: Man City 2-0 Newcastle

Punters predict: 26% say Norwich 1-2 Leicester

I'm going 2-1 as well but in Norwich's favour. One thing you can just about guarantee is goals, with Leicester scoring and conceding in all games in all competitions.

They're fantastic going forward, with the effervescent Jamie Vardy leading the line, but I do worry how open they are. They can't keep conceding so many and expect to keep winning, as they found out last week.

Norwich have their own threats and have scored three times in three different games, and I'm going with the Canaries to get the points here.

Jeff predicts: Norwich 2-1 Leicester

Punters predict: 26% say Sunderland 0-2 West Ham

It's no surprise to see West Ham being backed. After already winning at the Emirates, Anfield and the Etihad it's hard to see anything but an away win.

Sunderland are winless in 10 and are they improving? I don't think they are. They don't score many goals, 61 in last 64 home games, in fact.

West Ham are set up brilliantly away from home by Slaven Bilic and I do think they will extend their 100% record on the road, but they'll settle for a narrower win.

Jeff predicts: Sunderland 0-1 West Ham

Punters predict: 27% say Reading 1-2 Middlesbrough

I see why people are going with this again, but once again I'm not going with them.

Boro are on a fantastic run, seven wins on the bounce now and they score a lot of goals. There's also a lot to like about Reading, although they have won just one in nine at home, but I like the way Steve Clarke has set them up.

I see both these sides being right up there come the end of the season and, for what it's worth, I think Boro will be champions, and I'm going for a draw here.

Jeff predicts: Reading 1-1 Middlesborough
